[нeт па руски] Bug with Auctions of clan halls -> 320kk lost

Hello admin, at first I'm sorry, but I don't speak russish so well that I could write it here in your language.
So The last auction for clan halls ended I think on 13th Friday of December. I was all weekend with my girlfriend far away of my PC, that's why I've noticed it just few minutes ago.
I gave money to Auction first day of auctions started (I do not remember right date), but I know I was the first of bidders to the clan hall - The Giran one (I am not sure, but I think the Golden clan hall).
I had approximately 320kk in CWH and I gave them all to the Auction. (you can find in logs or sth the right amount of money I gave to the auction.)
I came home about 2 hours ago and 30 minutes ago I went log in my character and look if I won the auction. At first I looked to clan warehouse and see there are not adenas so I though I won clan hall. Because I didn't remember which one was name of the clan hall, I gave money to, I bought scroll of escape to clan hall and... I was spawned on Giran square. so I tried to get into all clan halls to see if there is not any kind of bug that I can't enter, but still nothink. In the end I gave 10kk into CWH just to be sure that I am not blind to see no money there and there were then only 10kk.
If I know rights of Auction well, I should got All money back into CWH. But I didn't.

Clan Leader: AncaDlanovka
clan hall: Giran (I think the Golden)
amount of lost money: ~320kk
 - I am sure that it isn't robbery from my account - everythink (include 8EWS and 3 parts of Draco) are still in CWH.
 - I share all characters with my best friend who lives next house to me. All these characters are shared only to each other.
You can check in logs that there should be only 2 IP address (my - same like from I wrote this message here) and the IP of friend.
By the way, we are from Czech Republic , city Nachod. ingame I know FireInTheHole from LinKuei and PKv3ak0he. In general I play only with my friend which I am sharring this account with - we don't much play with other players :-)

one more info, somethink similar happened to me once more but about a year ago, there was just about 50kk and there were some updates and so on, there was just 50kk so I haven't wrote that anywhere.
But this is too late to find some evidence to that :-)
Please find out whats happened with the 320kk now :-)

As far as I informed, this is the common bug with auction, no reason to worry. Just wait to the reply from administration. I saw few topics with the same problem earlier and Stark solved this problem easily.

Mat, Ales, do not worry, Stark usually solves such problems. I hope he knows english If you will have some problems with language, do not hesitate write me in private massage (or you can sms me on skype ) I will help in translating to admins

I might be wrong with this statement, sorry. Its not directly said in ToS.

You do not win an auction.
So I return to AncaDlanovka character 279000000 adena (310kk minus 10%)

for your info : If you don't win auction, you will get all money back into WH.
When I made auction last time, I got all money back :-)
The 10% decrease of money is only if you cancel participation on some auction.

   If a clan acquires another clan hall while bidding, the bid is canceled automatically and the adena is returned to the clan's warehouse, minus taxes.
 
   If two different clans placed the highest bid at the end of an auction, the clan hall is sold to the clan that bid first.
 
   If a clan is successful in purchasing a clan hall, the clan leader receives a message that they won. Any previous residents that are still in the clan hall are kicked out.
 
   The bid amounts of the clan leaders who bid unsuccessfully are returned to their clan's warehouses.
