Hello, i everytime when i trying to open newbie shop (armor shop) i get a critical error, how i can solve this problem?

это чех, они пишет на инглише не будт ше он тебе писать на чехославацском а на русском он не умеет

Fixed. Download and install new patch https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/arcana/Patch.exe or update client with updater http://updateeng.l2arcana.ru/StartL2Arcana.exe.
